Good news for owners of a Samsung Galaxy Watch 6 or Watch 6 Classic. The major One UI 6 Watch update, which adds all kinds of new features, is now available in the Netherlands.
Samsung Galaxy Watch 6 gets a major update
Do you have a Galaxy Watch 6 or Watch 6 Classic from Samsung on your wrist? Then you can download and install a major update. One UI 6 Watch, the version recently announced by Samsung, is available for Dutch users. The update will also come to the Galaxy Watch 5 and Watch 4 watches and the newer Galaxy Watch FE at a later date.
The One UI 6 Watch update is almost 2GB in size and is currently only available on the Bluetooth models of the Watch 6 (Classic). If you have a smartwatch with LTE support, you will have to wait a little longer. However, we expect the update to be released soon for all versions of the Watch 6 – and will update this article when it does.
It is simple to get the latest update. On your Galaxy Watch 6 (Classic), open the settings and swipe down until you see ‘Software update’. Tap ‘Download and Install’ to then download the update. You can also use the Galaxy Wearable app on your smartphone to install the latest version.

Features of Galaxy Watch 7
We know the new functions of One UI 6 Watch from the newer Samsung Galaxy Watch 7, which runs on the software as standard. This way you can get started with the energy score, which assesses how you feel based on a number of factors. Consider your sleep, daily activity and heart rate.
You can also operate the Galaxy Watch 6 (Classic) with gestures and there are useful new watch faces. We are fans of the ‘Ultra information board’ dial, which shows a lot of health information at a glance. It is not unimportant that the One UI 6 Watch update also brings a recent security patch.
