Samsung often pokes fun at Apple products (and sometimes their users) in its ads. The company recently released another ad of this type, in response to the launch of the new iPhones.
A new ad promoting the foldable Galaxy Z Flip 6 smartphone once again criticizes Apple for its lack of innovation. It shows a group of identical white smartphones roughly resembling iPhones, among which a Samsung smartphone suddenly appears, clearly standing out from the rest. After a moment, the words “different.” appear on the screen in a font resembling Apple Garamond. This is a clear reference to Think Different – one of Apple’s most famous advertising campaigns. Samsung is clearly trying to criticize the rival company for the lack of innovation in its new iPhones.
