K-pop icons TOMORROW X TOGETHER contributed to the writing of the lyrics, which convey the inspiring message that “everyone who accepts challenges with an open mind is a winner.”
Samsung Electronics Co., Ltd. releases a new single titled “Openness Always Wins” in collaboration with Korean pop icons, the band TOMORROW X TOGETHER (TXT), whose members are SUBIN, JONJUN, BOMGJU, TEHJAN and HJUNINGKAI. The new Galaxy brand anthem, first broadcast at last week’s Galaxy Unpacked event, celebrates achieving goals with an open mind, reflecting the brand’s core values of openness.
“Openness always wins” which opens with an energetic guitar riff is a rock song with powerful vocals from the band TXT, whose members, SUBIN, JONJUN, BOMGJU, TEHJAN and HYUNINGKAI, participated in writing the lyrics based on their own emotions and experience of openness.
“We are proud to collaborate with Galaxy Ambassadors TOMORROW X TOGETHER to create a brand anthem that authentically captures the spirit of openness,” said Jamie Park, vice president and director of mobile marketing at Samsung Electronics. “We hope it will inspire listeners to embrace openness in their own lives, and the experiences and possibilities that come from it.”
The song is accompanied by a new music video that combines scenes of the band TXT preparing for the performance and displays of the athletes of the Samsung Galaxy team, celebrating their efforts and challenges in various sports.
The new single has been released on multiple music platforms – such as YouTube Music, Spotify, Melon, Genie, Bugs, Flo and Vibe – and the accompanying music video is available on the official Samsung YouTube channel.
Along with the release of the video, a gaming challenge called “Openness Always Wins” begins, which encourages fans around the world to support and cheer for their favorite athletes.
