One UI 6 Watch is becoming available across a wider range of Galaxy Watch devices via the latest software update(1).

This update brings selected features Galaxy Watch Ultra i Galaxy Watch7(2) watches on previous Galaxy Watch generations worldwide including Galaxy Watch6, Galaxy Watch6 Classic, Galaxy Watch5, Galaxy Watch5 Pro, Galaxy Watch4, Galaxy Watch4 Classic and Galaxy Watch FE models.

One UI 6 Watch update offers personalized insights to even more users to provide complete and comprehensive health information(3). To function energy pointsusers can better understand their physical and mental state through intuitive points that are calculated based on various health parameters such as sleep, activity, sleep heart rate and sleep heart rate variability. Users can also access personalized AI-powered recommendations(4) in order to improve health. With sleep monitoring, sleep is understood more deeply and precisely with a detailed analysis based on it trained AI algorithm and new sleep parameters, including movement during sleep, time needed to fall asleep, heart rate and breathing rhythm.

The One UI 6 Watch extension enables even more users to stay motivated and reach their physical activity goals with a personalized experience. Track your progress in real time while running or cycling with the feature knockingwhich compares changes in current and previous results to encourage users to achieve even better results. Function exercise routines allows users to combine different exercises and design a personalized routine, specially adapted to their individual goals and preferences.
