Samsung’s New 2025 Monitors Bring AI Features, Better Gaming Performance, and Greater Productivity to CES

Samsung Electronics unveiled its new 2025 Smart, Odyssey and ViewFinity monitor models during the Samsung First Look event at CES in Las Vegas.

These monitors bring, for example, AI functions, an unprecedented size of OLED panels and a new design, pushing the boundaries of what is considered the standard in this field today. They will undoubtedly appeal to many users around the world – whether they are working, playing games or creating content.

Smart M9 monitor: Fun and efficiency enhanced with AI

The Smart M9 monitor (model M90SF) brings to this category of devices top artificial intelligence functions that improve entertainment and interactivity thanks to intelligent image adjustment and content search. As the first monitor with integrated artificial intelligence, the M9 is equipped with the AI ​​Picture Optimizer function, which analyzes input signals, recognizes the type of displayed content (such as games, video or work applications) and automatically adjusts the display settings for the best possible visual environment.⁽¹⁾ For gaming, the AI ​​goes even further as it can recognize the genre of the title being played and adjust the image settings to give players an optimal and immersive experience for every play style.⁽²⁾

The monitor is equipped with a function 4K AI Upscaling Prowhich uses advanced image processing using artificial intelligence and a neural network to upscale lower-resolution content to near-4K quality.⁽³⁾ Thanks to the analysis of input signals and existing image data, the function can create a cleaner and more detailed image, regardless of the original resolution.

These intelligent and personalized features increase the functionality and usability of the M9 monitor, which features a 32″ 4K OLED screen with VESA DisplayHDR True Black 400 certification, guaranteeing incredibly sharp details and vivid colors. Its slim design, together with the Easy Setup Stand, allows users to easily create the ideal workspace, while thanks to the built-in 4K camera they can communicate comfortably in any environment.

Series Samsung Odyssey: Two firsts in the industry – 27″ 4K OLED gaming monitor and OLED display with a refresh rate of 500 Hz

The Odyssey gaming monitor series offers the Odyssey OLED G8 and G6 models in 2025 with top performance in new sizes.

Odyssey OLED G8 (model G81SF) is the world’s first 27″ OLED gaming monitor with 4K (3840 x 2160) resolution, 165 PPI pixel density and 240 Hz refresh rate. These parameters bring game creators and players a new level of detail, fluidity and image quality, allowing you to create and explore realistic game worlds.

The Odyssey OLED G6 (model G60SF) pushes the boundaries of display speed – it’s the first ever QHD (2560 x 1440) OLED monitor with a 500Hz refresh rate. This blazing speed and ultra-smooth gameplay unlocks the potential of gamers who need top-of-the-line equipment to gain a competitive edge.

Both models offer response time 0.03 ms (GTG)which combined with technology support AMD FreeSync Premium Pro a NVIDIA G-Sync ensures a smooth image without tearing and flickering even during the fastest gaming actions. Standard VESA DisplayHDR True Black 400⁽⁴⁾ guarantees maximum use of benefits OLED display with rich dark shades without the disturbing backlight shine through or intermingling of colors that often occur with other types of panels. By using artificial intelligence that analyzes and converts 2D video to 3D, can add depth to originally two-dimensional content.

ViewFinity S8: A bigger screen for productivity and creativity

The 37″ ViewFinity S8 (model S80UD) is Samsung’s largest monitor to date with a 16:9 aspect ratio and 4K resolution, opening a new era of large monitors designed for intensive work deployment. Its screen is approximately 34% larger than the previous model⁽⁵⁾ and maximizes productivity, focus and efficiency. It allows you to clearly display more information at once and at the same time make perfect use of the space on your desk.

With a 99% sRGB color gamut for true color reproduction on a 4K (3840 x 2160) screen and high brightness, the ViewFinity S8 meets the demands of graphics professionals to achieve the best results in their work.

The ViewFinity S8 model for 2025 received the TÜV Rheinland certificate⁽⁶⁾ Ergonomic work display that stands out with its ergonomic design supporting concentration, efficiency and productivity. To reduce eye fatigue during long-term use, it is equipped with Intelligent Eye Care technology with TÜV certification⁽⁷⁾which automatically adjusts the color temperature depending on the ambient lighting, has a special eye-saving mode and non-flickering backlight, which ensures a more comfortable and healthy viewing of the screen.

The S8 monitor with the Easy Setup Stand supports high work productivity thanks to the built-in KVM switch⁽⁸⁾which allows turning this monitor into a central control station for simultaneous work on multiple devices using only one mouse and keyboard. Devices connected to the monitor via USB-C can be powered at the same time with a power of up to 90 W, which greatly facilitates the quick installation and connection of all the equipment that the user needs.
