The Saoutchik company was founded in 1906 in France (the founder was Jakov Savčik, born in Russia) and existed until 1955, and now its return is being prepared.

More precisely, the company will be revived in the Netherlands, where for eight years the rights to this brand have been held by Saoutchik BV, which has close ties with the design studio Ugur Sahin Design.

The debut project of the newly created Saoutchik will be the roadster 300 GTC, which is inspired by the Meredes 300 SL.

Only 15 copies are planned, whose buyers will be car enthusiasts and collectors.

The base is the Mercedes-AMG SL, which here received a carbon fiber body from Pogea Racing, while the engine, gearbox and electronics are original.

It remains to be seen which engine will power the Saoutchik 300 GTC, as the current SL is offered in multiple versions.
