Black Friday is just around the corner. This time of year is the time to get your new gadgets, because online stores are offering sky-high discounts to get their stock this year. Is a new phone on your Black Friday wish list or do you have a device lying around that you no longer use?

Trade in via an online store
Online stores offer various options for trading in your old phone. At Verkopen.nl, for example, but also at Belsimpel or Mobiel.nl it is very easy for you to trade in your old phone. For example, if you hand in a Samsung Galaxy S22 Ultra, you will receive up to 409 euros provided it is in top condition. It is also an option to immediately secure a lower deal, which is useful if your device is no longer in top condition.
With Belsimpel you do not have to make a purchase immediately and the amount will simply be deposited into your bank account. At Mobiel.nl, when you buy your new smartphone, you indicate at the bottom whether you are trading in something. You can immediately see how much you will get back for the device.
Trade in through a provider
It is often also possible to trade in your old phone through a provider. This is especially interesting around launches. New smartphones are often celebrated with high extra trade-in values.
It does not matter which phone you trade in; this could be a device that is full of cracks. The bonus simply comes on top of the amount it is still worth. However, it must be relatively recent: for example, Samsung Galaxy S8 (from 2017) is assumed.
You can contact KPN, Vodafone, Odido and Ben. There are currently no promotions for extra trade-in value.
Sell via Fixje or Rebuy
Refurbished parties are also happy with your devices. Think of Fixje and Rebuy. In principle, Fixje only sells Apple devices, but does accept Samsung devices. Rebuy takes in many different types of devices. Think of tablets, but also game consoles and cameras. This way you can score even more discounts on top of those good Black Friday deals!
Do you deliver your old Samsung Galaxy S22 Ultra to Rebuy that is still like new? Then you get up to 612.12 euros. If you opt for a voucher, you will get another 10 percent more for your phone.
Trade-in via Samsung
Finally, it is possible to trade in your old phone through manufacturers, such as Samsung or OnePlus. Here you have to immediately buy a new device to spend the trade-in value on. There are often more conditions attached to this and you get less if your phone is from a different brand. For example, OnePlus will give up to 300 euros when handing in the Samsung S22 Ultra.
