Scandal in Simona Halep’s family

Stere Halep was sued by relatives on the grounds that their salary rights were not paid, adevarul.ro writes.

They demand more than 270,000 lei in civil proceedings for rights invoked between January 2020 and August 2023, but also financial compensation for the days of leave not taken, a total of 77 days of leave each.

Mihai, Gheorghe and Tanța Halep have been employees of the company since January 7, 2020, the first as the head of an agricultural farm, and the others as unskilled workers, according to Replica.

They filed a petition as creditors requesting the bankruptcy of SNH Gold Imperial SRL, the company of Stere, Simona Halep’s father.

However, the request was rejected, the decision of the judges determining that the request of the relatives was unfounded.

The reopening of a new trial has little chance, given that the magistrates determined that Stere Halep’s company, SNH Gold Imperial SRL, honored its contractual obligations.

In total, the relatives are asking for over 270,000 lei in a civil way.
