School student died while playing with bamboo kanchi in Bhanskhali

A school student named Saidul Kabir (12) died while playing with bamboo kanchi in Banskhali. This incident happened on Wednesday (October 16) afternoon.

The deceased child is the son of Azizur Rahman of Ward No. 9 of Saral Union No. 7 of Upazila. He is a fifth grade student of Pirang Government Primary School.

According to local and family sources, Saidul was playing with bamboo kanchi arrows in the afternoon when an arrow entered his chest and he bled.

When the family members came to know about the matter, they took him to Banshkhali Upazila Health Complex, the doctor on duty gave first aid and sent him to Chittagong Medical College Hospital as the injury was considered serious.

Saidul Kabir died under treatment at around 9:30 pm. The police have confirmed the truth of the matter.
