Schoolgirl rescued 48 hours after abduction in Rangunia, four arrested

A seventh grade girl was abducted on her way to Sarafbhata Union High School in Rangunia Upazila last Wednesday afternoon.

It is known that he went home during the school lunch break last Wednesday afternoon. After that, on the way to school, a few miscreants including one named Rocky openly abducted the girl in a CNG.

At that time, school students and local people came forward but could not rescue him. In protest of this incident on Thursday, more than four hundred students of the school declared class boycott and protest march and blocked the road.

Meanwhile, students blocked the godown area of ​​Kaptai Road on Friday afternoon. This has caused a long traffic jam on both sides of the road for about half an hour. However, when they lifted the blockade on the news of the rescue of the schoolgirls, traffic became normal.

Meanwhile, Sarafbhata Union High School Headmaster Anjan Vaidya expressed relief at the news of the rescue of the abducted schoolgirl. He demanded the arrest of the accused main scoundrels and their exemplary punishment.
