San Diego’s Comic-Con mega event is underway.
Prime Video organized a discussion panel from the Lord of the Rings: The Lord of the Rings series at the San Diego Comic-Con event, and at the same time released a new trailer for the second season starting at the end of August.
In the trailer, familiar characters from the first season such as Galadriel (Morfydd Clark), Elrond (Robert Aramayo), Sauron (Charlie Vickers), Nori (Markella Kavenagh), Gil-galad (Benjamin Walker), Durin (Owain Arthur) and Arondir (Ismael Cruz Córdoba).
The ad also shows a moving image of Tom Bombadil, played by Rory Kinnear, for the first time.
The eight-episode second season of The Rings of Power series starts on Prime Video on August 29. New episodes are available every Thursday.
