The SeLoger group announces the launch in France of “SeLoger Immersion”, a new immersive tour application developed for the Apple Vision Pro headset.
Nearly two out of three French people would like to visit a property using a virtual headset (source: YouGov, February 2024). Just over 60% of them believe that a virtual tour would represent a significant time saving. Similarly, for more than half of consumers (54%), it would avoid disappointment during the physical visit of a property, make this process more fun and have a better perception of the space (50%).
On the occasion of the release in France of the Apple Vision Pro headset, the group specializing in the distribution of real estate advertisements SeLoger announced, Friday July 12, the launch of a brand new immersive tour application. Entitled “SeLoger Immersion”, it is already available on the App Store of visionOS, the operating system of the virtual headset.
Thus, future buyers equipped with Apple Vision Pro can visit, with 360-degree views of each room from floor to ceiling, the properties in compatible SeLoger real estate listings. “A simple glance is enough to move naturally from one room to another, the user controlling the entirety of their immersive journey”the group said in a press release.
Detailed information for each property
Saving favorites, exploring neighborhoods with LookAround (which allows the user to view 360° images at street level), panoramic views, providing all the detailed information for each property (price, surface area or even energy efficiency)… The “SeLoger Immersion” application has also been designed to facilitate real estate searches with the most complete descriptions possible.
