Sensor bar and four cameras on the Huawei Mate 30 Pro

It is not yet known with complete certainty when Huawei will announce the Mate 30 Pro; in previous years, the members of the series debuted in October, but now the autumn top models may arrive as early as September 19. It is certain, however, that the presentation is at most weeks away, so the partners have already received several official materials from Huawei – and, as is usually the case, one or two of them leaked.

This time, one of the advertising photos of the Mate 30 Pro has become public, which confirms that the Chinese manufacturer will continue to vote for the sensor island (and, like the Mate 20 Pro, we can’t expect a drop-shaped cutout this time, but a “regular” island). Besides confirmation again won that the Mate 30 Pro will have a total of four cameras. Of these, two will get 40MP and one 16MP sensors, while the fourth will be a low-resolution (probably VGA) ToF sensor.

In addition to the camera allocation, it was also previously revealed that the mobile comes with the self-designed Kirin 990 chip; the chip by Huawei on September 6, will present it at IFA.
