(Seoul = Newsis) Reporter Cho Hyun-ah = Jung-gu, Seoul announced on the 6th that it will hold a concert called ‘Beside Autumn, Seosomun’ at the Consolation Hall of the Seosomun Shrine History Museum at 5 p.m. on the 9th.

Hosted by the Seosomun Shrine History Museum and organized by the Jung-gu Cultural Foundation, this concert will feature cellist Hong Jin-ho, crossover artist Park Hyun-soo, and jazz pianist Jo Yun-seong to impress residents with classical, pop, and film music on a deepening fall evening.

Familiar with the public, such as Brahms’ ‘Hungarian Dance No. 5’, Bart Howard’s ‘Fly to the Moon’, Ryuichi Sakamoto’s ‘Merry Christmas Mr. Lawrence’, ‘Legend of the Pianist’, ‘Malena’, and ‘Twilight’ film scores. It consists of songs that anyone, regardless of gender or age, can enjoy comfortably.

Seosomunseongji History Museum is a museum specializing in the history of ideas in the late Joseon Dynasty, when various ideas such as Western Learning, Donghak, and Silhak coexisted and formed a new spirit of the times.

Crossover music, the theme of the concert, is also a genre that presents melodies of harmony across pop, jazz, and classical music, and is similar to the identity of the history museum.

A wide range of socially underprivileged groups are invited to this concert, including disabled children and their families, multicultural families, and youth from low-income families.
