The Korea Meteorological Administration announced on the 25th, “On the 26th, rain will fall across the country as a low pressure system passes through Korea, and on the 27th, rain or snow is expected as cold air flows in in earnest.” The wind will be strong along with the rain. The Korea Meteorological Administration said, “There is a possibility that a strong wind warning will be issued on the West Coast and Jeju Island starting this evening, and on the 26th and 27th, with strong winds blowing at an instantaneous wind speed of around 20 m/s across most of the country.”

Rain is expected to begin in the western region, including Incheon, in the late afternoon of the 25th and spread nationwide on the morning of the 26th. The amount of rain that will fall will be quite large. According to the Korea Meteorological Administration, the expected precipitation in the metropolitan area including Seoul, Incheon, and Gyeonggi on the 25th and 26th is 10~40㎜, inland Gangwon and mountainous areas 10~40㎜, the east coast of Gangwon 5~20㎜, and Daejeon, Sejong, South Chungcheong, and North Chungcheong 10~40㎜. , 20~60㎜ near the southern coast of Jeollanam-do and Jirisan Mountain, Daegu and Gyeongbuk 10~40mm, Ulleungdo and Dokdo 10~40mm, Jeju Island 20~80mm (mountain area over 100mm), etc.
