Shocking incident at the Cantacuzino hospital in the capital. The police were alerted, through a call to 112, that a man jumped the fence of the medical institution and allegedly stole three human legs, amputated, from the infectious waste ramp, judicial sources say.

The lower limbs were packed in biological bags. On the way, the thief allegedly left or lost one of his legs, which was found by a medical staff, who notified the hospital management. The police are investigating this case, trying to find the man.

According to some judicial sources, the police were alerted, on Monday, January 13, that a man jumped the fence of the Cantacuzino Hospital, reaching the yard and then the infectious waste ramp, from where he stole three human legs, which had been amputated and which were packed in biological bags.

The incident would have occurred on January 10.

Later, the man left in the direction of Dacia Boulevard, where he left one of his legs, which was found by a medical staff of the hospital, who notified the management of the medical unit.

The police are doing checks in this case, to determine exactly what happened and to catch the man.
