The testimony of a 16-year-old girl, who a year and a half ago was a victim of rape twice by the same perpetrator, is shocking, while there was also the participation of other men, who remain elusive.
“I can’t go out of the house. I’m afraid. He was sitting there waiting, unbeknownst to me, he hit my sister from the car. He shut my mouth, put me in the car and while I was screaming no one helped me. He was telling me he would keep me there, hitting me and threatening me. He had kept me for 24 hours,” said the minor Markella about the first time she was a rape victim, speaking to the Star.
“My sister and I went to get bread, he was in a car hidden, he grabbed me, shut my mouth, took me to a car and there were 5 people. They were with guns and knives and they took me to a house in Markopoulos and kept me for 5 days. I was raped by all 6”, she added, describing the second time she experienced the nightmare from the same person.
According to the same media, the minor managed to escape, entered a taxi and arrived at KTEL, from where she called her family. Now, she’s trying to forget, but she can’t, as according to the same information her rapist is threatening to kill her, sending her messages with guns like the one Star secured. “They are threatening to hurt my mother, to destroy our lives, to burn down our house,” she noted.
The family’s lawyer stated: “The perpetrator has not yet been arrested. The family is afraid to send the minor Markella to school, because in this case she has been kidnapped twice by the same perpetrator and outside the school”.
