DAPURPACUID – PT Angkasa Pura Indonesia (InJourney Airports) is holding a customer loyalty program entitled ‘Eat Shop Fly’ at a number of airports in the country.
This program applies to every transaction made by customers at various commercial outlets at the airport, such as cafes, restaurants, retail, lounges, reflexology services and wrapping/strapping luggage.
Various interesting things are provided for lucky customers, while the main prize in the form of 4 BYD electric cars is given to the Top Spender, as a direct prize.
Apart from that, other attractive prizes provided include a 50 inch TCL TV, smartphone, tablet and hotel voucher, which can be won through a lucky draw system.
Top Sender is a customer who has the highest points from total shopping transactions at six specified airports during a certain period.
President Director of InJourney Airports, Faik Fahmi, said that this customer loyalty program is part of the transformation that InJourney Airports is currently carrying out.
According to him, Eat Shop Fly is InJourney Airports’ largest and most innovative customer loyalty program, which was launched as a form of appreciation to customers.
“This is to provide a pleasant travel experience and the excitement of shopping at the airport for both airplane passengers, airport visitors and business partners.”
“This program also supports the performance of non-aeronautical sector corporations, as well as part of the transformation of InJourney Airports through a more customer-oriented approach,” added Faik.
The Eat Shop Fly program takes place at Soekarno-Hatta International Airport in Tangerang, I Ngurah Rai International Airport in Bali, and Juanda International Airport in Surabaya.
Then at Yogyakarta Kulon Progo International Airport, Makassar Sultan Hasanuddin International Airport and Sultan Aji Muhammad Sulaiman Sepinggan Balikpapan International Airport.
The direct provision of the BYD electric cars provided is scheduled to be carried out over three periods, namely:
– 1 BYD unit in March 2025 for Top Spender customers in January – March 2025
– 1 BYD unit in July 2025 for Top Spender customers in April – July 2025
– 2 BYD units in December 2025 for two Top Spender customers in August – December 2025
In these three periods, lucky draw winners are also announced, which customers can participate in by exchanging points for lottery coupons.
InJourney Airports realizes that building loyalty is not just enough for customers. This includes embracing airport outlet business partners through the Top Transaction method, giving awards to outlets with the most transactions during the program.
InJourney Airports Commercial Director M. Rizal Pahlevi added that the Eat Shop Fly program also plays a role in improving the service of commercial outlets to customers.
Rizal admitted that in the initial stages the program was only present at six airports, which was then continued to be refined and upgraded, so that in the coming years more airports could present a similar program.

– Shop at outlets at six participating airports;
– Scan the QR code at the cashier’s desk, then scan the shopping transaction receipt (minimum transaction IDR 150,000, multiples apply);
– Points will be automatically recorded and can be used to compete to become Top Spender, or exchanged for the opportunity to take part in a lucky draw.
The outlets excluded from this program are outlets for banking, insurance, excess baggage, vehicle rental, hotel reservations, tour & travel, money changers and parking. (dpid/TH)
