Shutdown request for 38 websites

The CMB decided to take legal action to block access to 38 websites.

The Capital Markets Board decided to take the necessary legal action pursuant to the fourth paragraph of Article 99 of the Capital Markets Law to block access to 38 websites that were determined to offer leveraged transactions abroad via the internet to persons resident in Turkey.

The websites where legal action has been decided upon are as follows:
