After a wait of almost a year and a half, the award-winning sci-fi series “Silo” it’s finally back up Apple TV+ with the second season. The first episode is already available in streaming, and every Friday until January 17th a new episode will be released, for a total of 10 chapters full of suspense and revelations.
“Silo” tells the story of the last 10,000 humans on Earth, forced to live in a giant underground bunker to escape a seemingly toxic and uninhabitable outside world. However, no one knows the real reason for the silo’s construction, and those who dare to seek the truth often face deadly consequences.
The protagonist of the series is Rebecca Fergusonwho plays Juliette Nichols, an engineer determined to reveal the secrets of the silo after the mysterious murder of someone dear to her. Based on Hugh Howey’s bestselling trilogy, entitled “Wool”the series mixes intrigue, emotion and a deep reflection on what it means to survive.
To prepare fans for the return of “Silo,” Apple recently released a recap video of the first season, highlighting key moments from the story. Additionally, the official PlayStation channel on YouTube shared an exclusive clip from season two, offering an early look at the tensions and challenges that await Juliette and the other inhabitants of the bunker.
