The Lucerne Museum Store
In the heart of Singapore’s Bendemeer district, the headquarters of the premium tableware brand Luzerne also houses its flagship. This is designed to immerse its customers in the world of the Chinese manufacturer. To achieve this, the premises are divided into two distinct spaces. While the first is a fairly classic store, the second is more like an art gallery.
This aims to guide Luzerne’s professional customers through the different tableware collections offered by the brand. Beyond the layout that invites visitors to stroll between the shelves, large tables are placed in the center of the room, so that restaurateurs or hospitality specialists can experiment with the “staged” products.
In addition to the customer journey designed to be immersive, Luzerne wants to immerse its visitors in its history. Thus, various objects dating from the creation of the brand are placed in the point of sale and the gallery. Among them, the gate closing the first store opened in 1949, or its first sign.
While there are several points of sale of the brand in the world, it also has a hotel in China, the hub of all the experiences it offers. By staying there, customers can dine on Luzerne tableware, but also take ceramics classes, all in a space that highlights all the brand’s products.
