A GPT has been published that helps struggling people and less creative people write Sinterklaas poems.
If there is a time of the year when writers are allowed to hallucinate and invent, it is around Sinterklaas. All brakes can be released to make fun of someone close to you with a quip and a wink. In rhyme, that is the requirement.
Not everyone is equally skilled in the latter. Digital agency Enrise therefore developed one together with GPT expert Martin van Kranenburg GPT that makes custom Sinterklaas poems.
Inquire via chat ChatGPPietje first thoroughly examine the recipient of the gift. The more detailed the person is described, the more pointed the poem.
Van Kranenburg: “Sinterklaas’ language model sometimes finds rhyming difficult, so it makes little sense. It is certainly not 100 percent yet, but it is a start and that is how you should view ChatGPT. You really have to raise him and feed him.”
The Sinterklaas GPT was published on Saturday at 12 noon, when the saintly man and his Pieten arrived in Vianen. Since then, the app has been used several hundred times.
The maker tells Emerce: “During training courses I give, I heard that people outsource the writing of Sinterklaas poems. That must be easier, I thought. That was the seed. The development was ultimately quite tough. I liked that I got stuck in it myself, because I did a lot of the solving.”
