BANJALUKA – The company “Sirius 2010” withdrew from the fiscalization project in the Republic of Srpska, so this work will be managed by the remaining two members of the consortium, the companies “Mikroelektronika” and “Aero Centar krila” from Banja Luka, the portal learns. CAPITAL.

Namely, today the register of operators of the fiscal system (OFS) was changed, from which the name of this company was deleted forever.

Amended decision of the Tax Administration of the Republic of Srpska

The company that found itself under American sanctions became a kind of burden for the remaining two partners in this business because the banks canceled their cooperation and closed their accounts.

Although they changed their name to “Nimbus Innovations” they did not convince the banks that there had been essential changes, so that attempt to continue their business also failed.

The Ministry of Finance is recently prepared the ground for their exit. They amended or supplemented the rulebook on the approval of fiscal system operators.

With these additions, the Tax Administration of the Republic of Srpska (PURS) was given the right to change data from the register of operators, which was not possible until now.

More precisely, PURS is allowed to issue an amended decision on approving fiscal system operators, to delete and add individual members, subject to certain conditions.

The Tax Administration can change the data if one or more companies withdrew from the association agreement, and the remaining companies in the contract or the remaining company proved that it meets all the conditions prescribed by this rulebook and proved that it legally assumes all the rights and obligations that were stated on originally associated companies“, it is stated in the decision of the relevant ministry.

In this way, the authorities in Srpska saved the consortium that was threatened with collapse because of “Sirius”.

However, regardless, the problems in the consortium had a significant impact on the situation on the ground. Fiscalization has begun to lag considerably, and the deadlines started moving.

At the beginning of October, a public call for the fiscalization of the second group of taxpayers was supposed to be announced, but it was postponed to the end of January of the following year.

The original plan of the Tax Administration was to finish the first cycle by December 17, but only a third of the work was completed by the end of September, that is, only 9,000 taxpayers were fiscalized, out of the 27,000 KM that was planned.
