Slovak Alza is already selling a cover for the not yet presented Sony Xperia 5 VI smartphone

Sony usually introduces a trio of new products during the year, labeled 1, 5 and 10, always accompanied by the same Roman numeral indicating the entire series. This year, we have already seen the affordable Xperia 10 VI model and the premium Xperia 1 VI. The last model from the trio, which belongs to a higher class, has not yet been officially confirmed, but the Slovak online store Alza, as well as its other foreign versions, is already counting on its arrival. According to Alza store, Sony Xperia 5 VI will be sold

The Sony Xperia 5 V came to the market in September last year, and there was even speculation at one time that the “five Xperia” would not be released this year. According to Alza however, it will still be sold because she has already assigned a protective cover to it Spigen Rugged Armor Matte Black. It’s worth it 16,90 eurbut you can’t actually buy it yet, of course.

It follows from the published photos that Sony Xperia 5 VI should again come with a display without a cutout for the front camera and a pair of rear cameras. A careful eye can notice the different design of the LED compared to the previous Xperia 5 V model. It is clear from the layout of the elements on the packaging that the new product will not lack a 3.5 mm audio jack, the walls will probably be rounded. The place where the camera’s hardware trigger used to be appears to be empty. There are two holes in place on the packaging, which could be a hole for a loop to hang on your hand. But these are our speculations.

There are also only guesses about the hardware equipment. The same display size as the predecessor is expected, i.e. 6.1″, the performance will be provided by the Snapdragon 8 Gen 3, and the battery will have a capacity of 5,000 mAh. The pair of cameras could consist of a main one with a 48 MP sensor and a 12 MP wide-angle camera.

Despite the early publication of the cover for the non-existent Sony Xperia 5 VI phone, it can be assumed that the actual presentation of the new product will take place as usual at the beginning of September. That’s when the IFA technology fair takes place.
