Snow removal under control: GATI employees conducted a raid on roofs in St. Petersburg

GATI checked the removal of snow from the roofs of non-residential buildings and private areas in St. Petersburg. As the inspectorate clarified, they staged a raid on the roofs of houses in the Northern capital specifically to see how the owners removed snow and ice.

According to the GATI press service, specialists checked 67 objects, of which violations were recorded at 31. At the remaining 36 sites, the area has already been cleared.

In general, most owners understand the importance of complying with landscaping rules, the inspectorate noted.

Earlier, Vice Governor Evgeny Razumishkin told St. Petersburg residents about the fight against snowfall and ice over the weekend.
