Sony and Fnatic in collaboration – the result is the Inzone M10S OLED gaming monitor that can reach high Hertz

Sony has today expanded its Inzone product range with the 27-inch Inzone M10S OLED gaming monitor. Its features include, for example, a refresh rate of 480 hertz and a response time of 0.03 milliseconds. Developed with Fnatic, the Inzone M10S is designed to meet tournament level requirements. The display also features a new 24.5-inch game mode and FPS Pro image mode optimized for e-sports gaming.

According to the manufacturer’s announcement, the Inzone M10S screen has a fast refresh rate of up to 480 hertz and a response time of 0.03 milliseconds. The basic screen resolution is 1440p. The screen also has a 24.5-inch gaming mode that displays games with 1:1 resolution (1332p) and a 480 hertz refresh rate. Gamers can also choose lower resolutions such as 1080p, which is suitable for esports games and gamers who are used to 24.5-inch 1080p displays. The screen can be centered or aligned to the bottom edge.

In addition, there are two new FPS game modes. Of these, FPS Pro+ has been fine-tuned in collaboration with Fnatic’s Valorant team and maximizes performance in battle by optimizing image clarity, utilizing the fast response time and contrast of OLED technology. FPS Pro mode mimics the picture characteristics of LCD monitors with TN panels, which are typically used in professional tournaments. The display is Nvidia G-SYNC compatible.

The diameter of the monitor stand is only 159 millimeters. This, together with the flat, four-millimeter-thick base, maximizes table space for various keyboard and mouse configurations. The Inzone M10S screen allows gamers to place an angular keyboard and a large gaming mouse around or even under the screen.

The wide color gamut of the display covers up to 98.5 percent of the DCI-P3 color space. Thanks to the Micro Lens Array+ technology, a peak brightness of 1300 nits is achieved, and the DisplayHDR True Black 400 feature is also used. The interface equipment includes both DisplayPort 2.1 and HDMI 2.1.

Sales of the Sony Inzone M10S game monitor will start in October at a recommended price of 1,200 euros.
