Sony has introduced new additions to its series of earbuds – LinkBuds. There are three novelties and they offer different types of wear and sound reproduction.
LinkBuds Fit
Sony’s LinkBuds Fit headphones are designed for those looking for comfortable all-day wear. They are equipped with a new air lining that provides optimal comfort and safety even during exercise. They have excellent ambient noise suppression thanks to the V2 processor that adapts to the environment. They are available in several colors including black, white, green and a special purple color by Olívia Rodrigo. They offer exceptional sound with High-Resolution Audio technology and functions such as Auto Play, Quick Access and voice control.
The headphones will offer:
- Comfortable to wear – LinkBuds Fit have an air cushion with a soft hook that reduces pressure and ensures a secure fit. The package also includes soft ear tips for greater comfort.
- Ambient Sound Mode – Automatic adjustment of ambient sounds enables undisturbed listening anywhere.
- Noise suppression – The headphones have a V2 processor that optimizes noise cancellation in real time.
- Stylish colors – Available in black, white, green and purple, including stylish accessories.
- High quality sound – They provide clear sound and calls thanks to Dynamic Driver X and High-Resolution Audio and DSEE ExtremeTM technologies.
- Simple control – Auto Switch, Auto Play, Spotify Tap, voice control and Wide Area Tap functions for convenient music control.

LinkBuds Open
LinkBuds Open headphones are unique with their open circular design, which allows you to listen to music while staying connected to your surroundings. Thanks to their ergonomics and light lining, they are ideal for all-day wear. They feature Adaptive Volume Control, which automatically adjusts the volume according to the environment, and support DSEE technologies and accurate voice sensing for clear calls. They are available in black, white and purple.
Open headphones will offer:
- Live in the present – LinkBuds Open headphones with a ring driver allow you to hear ambient sounds as well as music or calls. Adaptive Volume Control automatically adjusts the volume according to the environment.
- All-day comfort – Ergonomic shape and Air Fitting Supporter air lining ensure comfortable and safe wearing.
- Create your look – Available in black, white and purple with optional accessories for personalisation.
- Authentic sound – High-quality sound with clear mids and highs, supported by V2 processor and ring-shaped driver. DSEE technology and accurate voice recognition guarantee clear calls.
- Comfortable everyday use – Functions such as Auto Switch, Auto Play, Quick Access, voice control and battery life of up to 22 hours together with IPX4 water resistance guarantee easy use.
The price will be €199 and they will be released this month as well
LinkBuds Speaker
LinkBuds Speaker offers clear and balanced sound along with excellent call quality thanks to echo cancellation technology. It is equipped with Auto Switch, Quick Access and Auto Play functions that make it easy to switch between devices and improve the listening experience. It has a long battery life of up to 25 hours, is waterproof and can be easily carried thanks to the removable strap. It is available in black and light gray.
The speaker will offer:

In addition, Sony introduced the “For The Music” platform for its high-end consumer and professional audio products and services. Through the ‘For The Music’ platform, Sony claims to be the leading audio brand connecting music creators and consumers, aiming to create authentic music experiences and transcend fans’ emotions by supporting the creators’ vision above all else.
And they also rebuilt the Sound Connect application, with which the LinkBuds Fit and LinkBuds Open headphones will be compatible. With this app, you can customize your headphones by adjusting various settings, such as the equalizer. The simple interface allows you to choose the ideal settings for sound and shortcuts. You can even track your recent listening history. When the Background Music Effect is activated, it uses DSP to make the sound sound like it’s playing in your space, rather than in your head – perfect for situations where you’re busy with other tasks or want something less intense.
