Southern Europe and the Balkans are boiling. But these are far from the only places struggling with high temperatures

This is the uncomfortable message from climate researcher and professor at SDU, Sebastian Mernild, who is currently in Nevada in the USA, where the temperature during the day reaches approximately 43-44 degrees.

“It’s hard to get rid of body heat, and you can easily become unwell if you don’t drink plenty of water. It’s uncomfortable,’ he reports from the American state.

And he is far from the only one experiencing the intense heat these days.
