On the occasion of the Paris 2024 Olympic and Paralympic Games, the Speedy brand will deploy, throughout the duration of the two competitions, a campaign promoting its expertise in customer relations.
Since 2015, the French car maintenance company Speedy has won the title of best customer service of the year in the car repair category every year. Winner of the competition again in 2024, the brand has just celebrated its tenth consecutive victory: “It is a strong symbol that rewards the tenacity of the Speedy teams in providing the best possible service everywhere and for all our customers. For more than 10 years, Speedy has put customer satisfaction and proximity at the heart of its identity and strategy. This award encourages us to continue our efforts in training and to always innovate in the new solutions acclaimed by our individual and professional clients”says Romain Vancappel, director of strategy, marketing and innovation at Speedy France, in a press release.
To highlight this tenth title and its expertise in customer relations, the brand has decided to deploy a major campaign for the Paris 2024 Olympic and Paralympic Games, which will open at the end of the week. With its agency L3S GR*S MOT$, Speedy has produced around ten ads, including several references to certain disciplines of the competition, thus playing on the parallel between the world of the Olympics and that of “garage”.
A campaign deployed throughout the duration of the Games
“You don’t win big titles without great service”, “Victories are won in the penalty area”, “You don’t win without good crosses” or “It’s by ensuring the reception that we win medals”… These numerous slogans will be found in several written press titles throughout the duration of the Games, from July 26 to September 8. “A way of paying tribute to the champions, to all the champions, those of Speedy 10 times gold medalists in customer service, but also all those who will be crowned champions at the Olympic and Paralympic Games, whatever their sport, their record or their talent”the company said.
