SPICY GRAPE PICKLE: It will make picky people wise up

This pickle is an ideal addition to any winter table.

Ingredients:

1 kg of grapes (red or white)
1 l water
200 ml of vinegar (9%)
2 teaspoons of salt
2 teaspoons of sugar
3-4 cloves of garlic (finely chopped)
1-2 hot peppers (to taste, finely chopped)
1 teaspoon of black peppercorns
1 teaspoon of mustard seeds (optional)
bay leaf (optional)

Preparation:

Wash the grapes and carefully remove the stems. If the berries are larger, you can cut them in half. Sterilize the jar (or jars) in which you will store the pickle. You can wash it with hot water and leave it to dry or put it in the oven at 100 degrees for 10-15 minutes.
Mix water, vinegar, salt, sugar, chopped garlic, hot peppers, peppercorns, mustard seeds and bay leaves in a saucepan. Cook over medium heat until the salt and sugar dissolve. Then let it cool down. Place the grapes in the prepared jar, pouring the prepared marinade over them. When all the berries are placed, pour the remaining marinade over them so that they are completely submerged. Close the jar tightly. Leave the pickle in a dark and cold place (or in the fridge) to stand for at least 1-2 weeks before consumption, so that the flavors can permeate.
