Member of the Democratic Party of Socialists (DPS) in the Assembly of the Capital City Andrija Klikovac claims that the company “Sportski objekti” does not pay contributions to its employees, that the city company’s debts are piling up, but that the management does not care about this and is planning new hires.
“The employment policy of the local government is that it is important to employ party activists and family members, even in the case when companies operate with a loss. Another such example is ‘Sports facilities’, where the systematization is changing and the number of workers is increasing, thus increasing the minus of the company… Whose son, wife, cousin, godfather and friend will be employed remains to be seen,” he said. is a Clicker.
The executive director of “Sports Facilities” Aleksandar Vučković denies this and says that the company’s debts are not growing, as well as that “there is no person who does not know about the financial condition of “Sports Facilities”, because everything is transparent”.
“The collection of our receivables is going on as usual, unlike previous years under the previous management, when ‘Sports facilities’ had a big loss based on the inability to collect claims or the desire to allow the ‘selected’ some things to the detriment of ‘Sports facilities’, due to because of which the Society lost huge funds”, said Vučković.
Answering the question of “Vijesti” why the new Act on systematization reduced the number of jobs from 56 to 49, and increased the number of executors from 106 to 124, Vučković said that the reason was “optimization of the company’s operations”.
“Sports facilities” lack hygienists, porters, maintenance workers… There is no marketing department, no PR, which is unimaginable for a serious company nowadays. “Unfortunately, due to the accumulated problems of the company in previous years, it is only now time to resolve these issues,” explained Vučković.
He emphasized that the information that the revenues of “Sports facilities” are not growing is “absolutely incorrect”.
“This year, significant income was brought to us by activities that did not exist before, and the credit for that goes exclusively to the new management. With the Tax Administration, we have large resources for VAT refunds, and the same will be the case next year, given that the capital budget foresees that ‘Sports facilities’ will make large investments in infrastructure repairs. With those funds, as well as with our own activities, we will settle the debt for contributions,” he said.
Vučković pointed out that he expects more money to be allocated for the next year.
“… The amount for the public function of ‘Sports facilities’ has not changed for five years, although all the circumstances have changed significantly”, said the executive director of “Sports facilities”.
