Stager and TicketSwap have expanded the existing integration by adding TicketSwap as a publishing channel in Stager. This allows Stager clients’ events to be automatically published on TicketSwap. When an organizer changes event information, this will also change on TicketSwap.
In Stager, as an organizer, you manage all content about your event in one fixed location. You publish this information to your online ticket shop, your own website, but also to external parties such as The Feed Factory and Podiuminfo. These parties distribute the information further to online agenda platforms, which immediately increases the reach for events.
Now that TicketSwap has been added as a publishing channel in Stager, events from Stager can be published directly on TicketSwap. The event name, start time(s) and location(s) that the organizer entered in Stager will be forwarded when the organizer publishes the event to TicketSwap. The ticket link from the Stager ticket shop will also be added to the event on Ticketswap, so that searching ticket buyers can also buy a ticket directly on the organizer’s website.
This new integration is not the first step in the collaboration between Stager and TicketSwap. Earlier this year, the Sealed Tickets integration made it possible to offer ‘delayed download’ tickets on TicketSwap earlier, without making the tickets visible. These are tickets that can only be downloaded just before the start of an event, to combat black market trading.
