The first 800 cars of Leap motor are preparing to land on the roads of all Europe, thanks to the joint venture led by StellantisCEO Carlos Tavares said this during the company’s first-half earnings call.
The production of the little T03 (which you see on the cover), in fact, has already begun in Tychy, Poland, the place where the kits coming from the East are finished assembling before being transported by ship to the rest of the Old Continent.

During the presentation of Stellantis’ first half 2024 results, the company’s number one specified that the two Leapmotor models planned for the Old Continent, the T03 and the C10, will be included in the Group’s distribution system, thanks to the dealer collaboration already present in the area who have proven to be very “enthusiastic” about being able to sell these new cars.

But where will Leapmotor be positioned within the 15 brands of the Stellantis Group? The Chinese brand, based on the analyses carried out by Automotive News Europecould be placed under Citroen and Fiat, therefore having prices starting from less than 25,000 euros.
The export of the models to the European continent will take place thanks to the newly formed Leapmotor International BV, as mentioned, a 51/49 joint venture led by the Stellantis Group and headed by Tianshu Xin, former manager of Stellantis China, who, according to what was declared in a joint press release, is already working to prepare the commercial launch of the two models.
