For those who want to make micro exports for the first time, the query and transfer procedures within the scope of the first simplified customs declaration (BGB) will be carried out automatically without applying to the customs administration.
In the statement made by the Ministry of Trade, it was reminded that those who want to make micro exports for the first time can only carry out the transactions after applying to the customs administration when the operator fast cargo company or the postal administration issues the first BGB in their name and after the customs administration creates a company record by querying and transferring the Republic of Turkey identity number/tax identity number.
It was stated in the statement that with the regulation made, the transaction can be carried out automatically using the TR ID number/tax ID number declared in the sender’s field in the first customs transaction within the scope of BGB, and the following was recorded:
“In order to spread micro export to the base and to facilitate the customs processes of our young and women entrepreneurs and SMEs who want to make micro exports for the first time, the General Directorate of Customs affiliated to the Ministry of Trade has ensured that companies and real persons who want to make micro exports for the first time within the scope of BGB do not need to directly apply to the customs administration for this query and transfer process, and that the transaction can be made automatically using the TR ID number/tax ID number declared in the sender section in the first customs transaction within the scope of BGB. As the Ministry of Trade, we will continue to support our exporters by facilitating their transactions while contributing to our economic growth and prosperity with new developments and steps every day in our export-based growth model.”
