All registered agricultural holdings will be enabled to obtain diesel at a subsidized price of 179 dinars per liter, with the possibility of extending this campaign if market conditions allow it.
This decision was made by the Ministry of Agriculture, Forestry and Water Management and the Oil Industry of Serbia, in order to meet agricultural producers.
As stated, the only condition for using this action is that registered agricultural holdings have an agro card, which they can now easily and quickly get with the help of the new digitized “NIS Agro card” mobile application.
The “NIS Agro card” loyalty program enabled its new members to get all the great benefits that this program provides in just a few minutes. This is possible thanks to the new way of submitting a request for registration in the program, which is carried out completely online and does not require physical documentation and a trip to the gas station.
New members can join the “NIS Agro card” loyalty program through a few simple steps. First, it is necessary to access the registration site on the link that is available here. Next, it is necessary to enter the number of the agricultural holding and the mobile phone number, and then to follow the other specified steps within the website. Finally, the “NIS Agro card” mobile application should be installed and registered in it.
By using the mobile application, agricultural producers not only save on fuel, but also have a 20 percent discount on Drive Cafe coffee and hot drinks, a discount of 10 din/kg on gas bottles, as well as a five percent discount on selected Nisotec oils and lubricants.
This is good news for all users who have already submitted a request that is currently in processing status. In this way, they can send the request again and access the program in a significantly shorter time frame.

On this occasion, the Ministry of Agriculture, Forestry and Water Management reminds that the Regulation on limiting the price of oil derivatives, which was adopted at the session of the Government of Serbia on July 26, 2024 and is valid for six months from the date of entry into force, stipulates that all agricultural holdings , which have areas registered in the Register of Agricultural Farms on April 1, 2024 and sown, i.e. planted areas of arable agricultural land under the appropriate plant culture up to the quantities required for cultivation, can, with the use of cards issued to registered agricultural farms, purchase the EVRO derivative DIESEL at a maximum retail price of RSD 179 per liter in a maximum quantity of up to 100 liters per hectare, and a maximum of 100 hectares.
Regardless of that Regulation, which is still in force, and due to favorable market circumstances, the Oil Industry of Serbia, in accordance with the agreement with the Ministry of Agriculture, Forestry and Water Supply, met the farmers in such a way that by November 10 it was possible for ALL farmers farms, and not only those that have areas registered in the Register of Agricultural Farms on April 1, 2024, to buy EVRO DIESEL derivative at a maximum retail price of 179 dinars per liter.
