One of the products showcased at the 2024 GIIAS event is the Suzuki XL7 Hybrid. A family MPV-based car that is predicted to be the most fuel-efficient car in its class.
On the other hand, Suzuki’s presence at this annual automotive exhibition is a source of pride for the manufacturer, in the development of electrified vehicles in the country.

At GIIAS 2024 this time, Suzuki completes the line of environmentally friendly cars displayed during the largest automotive exhibition in Southeast Asia. No exception with the XL7 Hybrid.
The hybrid-based family car, which was first introduced by Suzuki Indonesia in mid-June 2023, became one of the favorites at the Suzuki booth at GIIAS 2024.
Of course, this car is predicted to be one of the most fuel-efficient family MVP cars currently in the Indonesian car market. So, what are the specifications offered by Suzuki Indonesia to this XL7 Hybrid?
In its latest variant, the XL7 Hybrid gets some refreshing touches in its interior and exterior design.
With some of the latest touches made, this car is certainly able to compete with several competitors in its class.
The XL7 Hybrid now gets a makeover in its engine sector. This hybrid-based car gets an addition to the Integrated Starter Generator (ISG) and lithium-ion battery, which is able to provide lighter engine rotation while saving fuel consumption.
Now, the car that has a 1,500 cc 4-cylinder engine capacity can produce power up to 103.2 hp with a maximum torque of 138 Nm.
Most importantly, the New XL7 Hybrid presents Smart Hybrid Vehicle by Suzuki (SHVS) technology, this intelligent technology from SHVS makes the New XL7 Hybrid an environmentally friendly vehicle.
Moving on to the exterior changes, the XL7 Hybrid is now equipped with a touch of LED headlights with the addition of Daytime Running Light (DRL) to enhance its front appearance.
Not only that, for the Beta and Alpha variants, Suzuki Indonesia is now embedding the use of the latest Auto Light with Guide Me Light feature on the XL7 Hybrid.
In addition to getting a refresh on the exterior, the XL7 Hybrid also gets an update on the cabin. This also makes the comfort of this car even more enhanced.
Now, Suzuki Indonesia embeds the use of a larger head unit, namely 8 inches. Passenger comfort is added with the use of six speakers.
For its safety features, it has now increased. The XL7 Hybrid is now equipped with a safety feature equivalent to a premium car, namely cruise control, which makes long-distance travel more comfortable.
Meanwhile, for the manual type, Suzuki Indonesia provides a gear shift indicator feature on the speedometer, to make it easier for the driver to operate the transmission gear shift.
For the price, the New Suzuki XL7 Hybrid is now priced quite variedly. Starting with IDR 283.9 million for the lowest type, and IDR 304.9 million for the highest type. (dpid/TH)
