When Jan E. Jørgensen takes the podium at Venstre’s national meeting this weekend and has to give Saturday’s late speech, it should preferably be both fun and politically inciting.
The late Saturday speech is almost iconic in the Liberal Party, and in the past people like Jakob Ellemann-Jensen and Claus Hjort Frederiksen have used the stage for humor and harsh attacks on other parties, not least the Social Democrats.
