At the end of October, a 12-year-old girl from Vienna was the victim of cruel abuse by three other minor girls, who forced her to swear by Allah or risk further violence, wrote the Remix.
The attack took place at the end of October in the 12th district of the Austrian capital, when the gang harassed a young girl named Maria and subjected her to hours of brutal abuse.
According to Heute’s report, the teen gang dragged the student to the roof of an apartment building, where they beat her and threatened to push her off the roof, and later continued to beat her in a garage, wrote the Origin.
The suspects allegedly set Maria’s hair on fire, ripped out her eyelashes and assaulted her by punching and kicking her. They injured his thumb with a knife and destroyed his smartphone.
The victim was taken to the hospital with bruises, cuts, as well as abdominal and head injuries. A video of the attack was recorded and is reportedly circulating on social media platform Snapchat.
After the incident, the attackers allegedly forced the girl to remain silent, to swear on camera that she would not report the crime to the authorities. This message reads: “I have a video of you saying: I swear to Allah, I will not file a complaint.”
Despite the threats, Maria’s parents filed a complaint with the authorities, and as a result, Maria received several threatening messages in recent days, including one that warned of further violence:
See you on Monday. This time, not only me, but ten others will come.
Vienna police confirmed that they are investigating the case, but the family still fears for their safety.
