‘Switching from iPhone to Android will soon be even easier’

Google prefers to make it as easy as possible for iPhone users to switch from an Apple product to an Android. The app they offer for this purpose will be redesigned to make switching even easier.

Switch to Android wordt Android Switch

Anyone who buys an Android smartphone for the first time will of course have to transfer data from the old phone to the new one. Switching from iPhones or iPads can be especially difficult, because the ways iOS and Android store data differ. Google’s iOS app ‘Switch to Android’ makes it easier for former Apple users.

Android Authority delved deep into the Switch to Android application file and discovered that it is getting a redesign. It was previously announced that the name would change to ‘Android Switch’, but now the design is also being taken care of. This is evident from the screenshots below.

While setting up a new Android phone, you will see the menu above. This is aligned differently in the new version, the new logo is visible and the name Android Switch is mentioned. It is not yet known exactly which new features will be in the iOS app. To find out, we’ll patiently await its release.
