TDC Erhverv is launching a new business unit – Cloud & Cyber Hub – which will strengthen innovation and support the digitization of Denmark with future digital and innovative solutions within cloud, artificial intelligence and advanced cyber security.

In order to follow market developments, TDC Erhverv has taken the next step in its transformation journey and established a new business unit – Cloud & Cyber Hub – which brings together the technologies of the future and strengthens innovation.

In addition to the Cloud & Cyber Hub unit, TDC Erhverv is also bringing together their operator and integrator business in a new Customer Excellence department that must create a better and more streamlined customer journey, where the point of contact, advice and solutions come together in one place.
The new initiatives are the next step on the journey that began last year, when the two brands NetDesign and TDC Erhverv were merged under the latter’s brand, TDC Erhverv. With Customer Excellence and Cloud & Cyber Hub, TDC Erhverv is now even closer to becoming one unified brand that, as the only Danish provider, can deliver end-to-end solutions across all technologies.
Support digitization of Denmark with the technologies of the future
The creation of the new units is, according to John Henriksen, a natural development compared to TDC Erhvervs strategy to help Danish small and large companies safely into the future with digital solutions to concrete challenges:
