Threatened students with tape
The incident occurred in June 2024 at a primary school in Sundbyberg. According to the police preliminary investigation, the teacher had expressed during a lesson that she would tape the students’ mouths if they did not stop talking, which she did.
An adult colleague who was in the classroom has confirmed the information.

“A Joke”
The then principal of the school became aware of the incident already that evening.

Risking prison
Now the teacher is charged with two counts of molestation, which is a crime that can result in anything from a fine to a year in prison. Prosecutor David Vesterlund says that the teacher has attended the course of events, but has not given any attitude to the criminal charges.
