Teachers drilled holes in the bathroom doors in a high school in Budafok to discourage students who smoke cigarettes

They found themselves facing head-level holes in the XXII. the students of the Budai Antal Nagy High School in the district, when they returned to school from the autumn break. The students didn’t know what to make of it, but it became obvious that the teachers and anyone walking by could look into the bathroom through the holes, writes the Telex. Students concerned about their privacy turned to the portal, which turned to the maintainer, i.e. the school district representing the state.

The response of the school district director of the Dél-Buda Education Center revealed that the holes were drilled by the management of the gymnasium, and smoking in the washrooms at the school was causing an increasing problem, as a result of which the younger students could hardly use them. The school’s management therefore created ventilation systems under its own authority, which only affected the hand-washers, the article states.

Telex knows that the teachers didn’t want to snoop, at most they didn’t want to sniff, to feel the smoke coming from the bathroom if someone was smoking inside. Finally, the school district ordered that the holes drilled in the bathroom doors be cleaned up, effective immediately. Professional ventilators are created instead.
