Telia The change negotiations related to the change program launched in September have ended, the company informs.
Based on change negotiations and other measures such as business transfers, there are approximately 500 positions that will decrease in Finland. It is estimated that approximately 45 new positions will open.
The goal of the change program is to renew Telia’s operating model and adapt the cost structure. At the same time, responsibilities will be transferred from Telia’s group operations to the Finnish business organization. About 160 positions from Telia Company will be transferred to Telia Finland.

However, reforms are necessary to create a faster, simpler and more efficient Telia. We want to make sure that we grow profitably, that we can invest in Finland and that we continue to improve our customers’ satisfaction”, CEO of Telia Finland Heli Partanen says in the company’s press release.
