Reason #1. The most expensive smartphone on the planet
Some people have a simple concept in their heads – that they should buy only the most expensive things, without regard to what the latter are. What is important here is a person’s self-esteem, as well as what kind of coordinate system he or she has. Apple is betting on such people, hence the sales of the latest iPhones on credit. No other manufacturer can boast of such an army of buyers who shoulder enormous obligations, all just for the sake of owning a treasured item.
It’s one thing for a buyer to have money and a desire to pamper themselves; buying the most expensive phone on the planet suits their lifestyle. It’s completely different when there is simply no opportunity for this. The fact that you are buying the most expensive smartphone is in itself respectable; at least you have the financial means for such a purchase.
Reason #2. A smartphone is not for everyone
Every year the number of those who can buy the new generation of iPhone is decreasing, the reason is the global crisis, because people are starting to count money. And for you this is another plus, since you can stand out and show that in your particular case, life is going well, you have money. The lower the sales of new iPhones, the better for you – the days are back when it was a club that not everyone could get into. So the latest models, of course, cannot be distinguished from the previous ones in appearance, but I think you will find an opportunity to demonstrate that they are the very latest and the most expensive.
Reason #3. Familiar ecosystem, exactly the same device
Tradition is an important part of the experience of using Apple products; in fact, they have not changed for years, exactly the same design, size, weight. Familiar software and a minimum of changes, and what is added, by and large, is not necessary. You buy a familiar thing that you don’t need to study or somehow customize for yourself, everything is already in its place. And it definitely gives the convenience that if you change from one iPhone to another, you won’t feel much difference. Maintaining such continuity is difficult, but Apple is working hard at it.
Reason #4. Availability of USB Type C
For the second year in a row, the standard connector has been USB Type C. If you have an iPhone 14 or older, then it’s definitely worth switching to new devices. Give up the zoo of wires and switch to a universal standard for all phones in the world. In a word, no matter how you look at it, there are only positives around.
Reason #5. Image quality – pointed and photographed
The concept of the iPhone has always been the same: take out the phone, click a button, and get a photo. Without any special settings, dancing with a tambourine and so on. Apple generally believes that they know for you what and how is best. There are no changes here, but the main thing is that the user of the latest iPhone is always a million percent sure that he spent so much money for a reason, he gets the best technology that allows him to take better pictures than any other manufacturer.
Reason #6. Titanium case!
What are premium materials? This is when you get the most expensive materials possible, titanium being that in consumer electronics. But it is so expensive that Apple uses a sandwich design, titanium on the outside, aluminum on the inside. It’s a pity that the chassis is not entirely made of titanium, but we can still safely say that this material is present here. And this somehow, apparently, will help defeat the green toad that lives in each of us, for it it is an excuse for paying so much money for a device.
Reason #7. Carefully copying functions from Android
I love that every year iOS borrows more and more features from Android. But here it should be noted that not all functions are taken, but only those that have stood the test of time; people definitely use them. Therefore, iOS is starting to resemble Android in some ways, and this is also a definite plus.
Reason #8. Higher glass protection – second generation Ceramic Shield
At the presentation, Apple admitted that they created the second generation of Ceramic Shield in such a way that it is the most durable glass among all smartphones. I looked for an asterisk in this definition for a long time, but never found it; independent tests show the opposite. But who are we to argue with the company? Owners should be comforted by the fact that among all iPhones they received the most drop-resistant glass (it’s definitely not worth dropping an iPhone to test this statement; it won’t turn out very well).
Reason #9. Investment in future sale
Almost every second iPhone owner says that the cost of the device after a year of use remains almost unchanged and it can be sold for huge amounts of money. The conclusion is that this is an excellent investment. It seems that in the life of such people there are two happy moments – buying an iPhone and selling it. Unfortunately, I don’t have the necessary mental makeup to learn how to sell used phones so masterfully, they don’t buy them, and they lie unclaimed. But the reason is solely in me, and not in the market. You just need to sincerely love this product in order to buy it for maximum money.
Reason #10. Operating time per charge
Objectively speaking, the iPhone lasts a long time, despite the fact that it has a small battery, all due to system optimization and the fact that all processes are killed in the background. And this is not bad, since out of the box you get maximum operating time, no additional configuration is required. Other devices may work longer, but Apple has won here too, without exception, since in the settings the screen operating time is embellished, sometimes inflated by about two times. And it’s impossible to fight this, since in the real world there are no devices that can work on a single charge for 8-10 hours with the screen on, a bunch of different processes, and so on. Real time is two times lower. But the records of iPhone users are warming up; they are needed to justify the cost of the device and show an advantage over all smartphones on the planet. The question here is one thing: believe it or not, most Apple users sincerely believe in such miracles.
