Volvo and Polestarthe two Swedish brands of the Geely group, now join the manufacturers who allow their electric car customers to access the famous network of ultra-fast charging stations in North America (in the United States and Canada).

NACS adapters available for sale
At Polestar, the brand’s future vehicles in North America will adopt a NACS standard charging socket as standard. Owners of Polestar models already in circulation can order a NACS adapter from their local Polestar dealer. To make life easier for users, Polestar’s in-car Google Maps app will be updated to display all available NACS chargers.
At Volvo, the 100% electric models EC40, EX40 and EX90 will be delivered with a NACS adapter from model year 2025. Owners of electric Volvo models already on the road in the United States and Canada can order a NACS adapter from their dealer for US$230 (approximately €220). or 310 Canadian dollars (or approximately 210 euros), starting today. Availability of NACS adapters for the Volvo EX30 will be announced at a later date. The Volvo Cars app and the Google Maps app in the brand’s vehicles have been updated to display all available NACS chargers.
