OnePlussa’s new Nord 4 model offers competitive features for the middle class of phones.
The OnePlus Nord 4 5G offers a 6.74-inch AMOLED screen with a refresh rate of 120 hertz and a resolution of 2772 x 1240 pixels. The screen supports Ultra HDR and its maximum brightness is 2150 nits. The screen uses the ProXDR technology familiar from the OnePlus 12 model, which adjusts the brightness and accuracy of images and videos based on the content.

The power of SuperVOOC charging has also increased to 100 watts from the previous 80 watts. The external dimensions of the phone are 162.6 x 75 x 7.99 millimeters and it weighs 199.5 grams. The manufacturer promises that the device will be charged from zero to full in about 28 minutes. The phone’s features also include IP65 rating and stereo speakers.
In terms of performance, the phone has a Qualcomm Snapdragon 7 Plus Gen 3. There is 12 / 16 gigabytes of LPDDR5X central memory and 256 / 512 gigabytes of storage space. The 50-megapixel main camera is supported by an eight-megapixel ultra-wide-angle camera. The resolution of the front camera is 16 megapixels.
In Finland, Nord 4 has a recommended price of 499 euros (12 + 256 GB) or 599 euros (16 + 512 GB). The model is already on pre-sale at the time of publication of the article. Deliveries start on August 8. In Finland, it competes for its recommended price with, among others, the Samsung Galaxy A55, Google Pixel 8a, the OnePlus 12R, which was around the same price in discount sales, and even the Samsung Galaxy S23.
The OnePlus Nord 4 sales package includes the red USB-C – USB-A cable typical of OnePlus, as well as a bundle of instruction books and a membership card of the OnePlus Red Cable Club. The charging device is not delivered with the phone, and the protective case has unfortunately also been left in history.
