Prime Minister of Thailand Paetongtarn Shinawatran to pursue plans to bring F1 races to Thailand.
The Prime Minister wrote on the subject in the message service X and stated that his government will continue the F1 negotiations as part of the country’s tourism promotion program, says Thai Finn website.
“Our government will do everything to get its own F1 race in Thailand,” he wrote.
According to him, the event is of great importance to the economic life at the local level.
In addition to the F1 race project, the Prime Minister said that the government has many other tourism campaigns, the goal of which is to increase the country’s tourism income by 7.5% during the year. The purpose is to develop off-season tourism as well.
