According to data from Kalshi on Tuesday, 60% of users are betting that bitcoin can reach the $100,000 mark before January. 45% of users are even more optimistic, according to them
this level can be realized as early as this month.
Launched in 2021, the Kalshi platform offers traders the opportunity to bet on the outcome of various events, including the release of economic data and election results. The platform recently won the right to open betting markets on the presidential election to US traders.
Bitcoin is up more than 28% since the US presidential election.
The election result proved favorable for cryptocurrencies, as President-elect Donald Trump signaled his support for the industry, promising more favorable regulation, among other things.
