The rumors about one Corvette out of their minds they have been chasing each other for some time. In the USA they are certain that Chevrolet is working on something even more sensational than the hybrid E-Ray and the ZR1. Indeed, some media speculate that this model on the border between supercar and hypercar is called “Zora“, as a tribute to Zora Arkus-Duntov, the “father” of the Corvette.
Seen at the Nurburgring in recent weeks with heavy camouflage still hiding the details, this is what it could look like.
The baddest ever
Our render tries to give a definitive shape to the Zora filmed in some spy videos in the Green Hell. To characterize this special Corvette should be a body kit even more refined from an aerodynamic point of view, with a prominent splitter, wider tracks and a fixed rear wing.
Various inserts should also not be missing carbon fiber and light alloy wheels to reduce weight gain and give the Chevrolet an exclusive look.

The specimen spotted at the Nurburgring, captured in a spy video from CarSpyMediaclearly had some electrical elements, confirmed by the yellow sticker indicating the presence of a high voltage battery. Furthermore, the cooling system and other details recall the solutions already seen on the Corvette E-Ray, suggesting a close technical relationship between the models.
V8 meets electric
If the 1,078 hp of the ZR1 already seemed extreme, the Zora could go further, pushing it to levels never seen before. According to initial rumors, this version could combine a 5.5-liter twin-turbo V8 with an electric motor, easily exceeding 1,200 HP of total power.
If you combine the 1,078 hp of the ZR1 with the approximately 160 additional hp of the E-Ray’s electric motor, the total output could reach 1.238 CV. However, with further refinement of the hybrid system, the Zora is likely to achieve even higher figures.
Although there is still no official information from the United States, it is plausible that the new Chevrolet will be presented by 2025, with a prezzo estimated between 200,000 and 250,000 euros.
