The second session of the IMM Assembly in November was held at the municipality building in Saraçhane under the chairmanship of the 1st Deputy Chairman of the Assembly, Nuri Aslan.
At the council meeting, the 2025 fiscal year budgets of 20 district municipalities, including Adalar, Beşiktaş, Esenyurt and Fatih, were discussed.
In the votes, the 2025 financial budgets of 20 district municipalities were unanimously accepted and passed by the Parliament.
Among the 20 districts whose budgets were approved, Esenyurt Municipality became the district municipality with the highest budget with 10 billion 454 million liras.
Esenyurt; Bahçelievler with 9 billion 246 million liras, Başakşehir with 8 billion 350 million liras, Eyüpsultan with 7 billion 978 million liras, Esenler with 7 billion 450 million liras, Ataşehir with 7 billion 400 million liras, Beykoz with 7 billion 200 million liras, Arnavutköy with 7 billion liras, Arnavutköy with 7 billion 900 liras. Bağcılar with 5 billion 966 million liras, Beşiktaş with 5 billion 905 million liras, Fatih with 5 billion 905 million liras, Büyükçekmece with 5 billion 100 million liras, Beylikdüzü with 4 billion 780 million liras, Beyoğlu with 4 billion 776 million liras, Çekmeköy and Avcılar with 4 billion 200 million liras, 3 billion liras. It was followed by Bakırköy municipalities with 800 million liras, Bayrampaşa with 3 billion liras and Çatalca municipalities with 1 billion 733 million liras.
Adalar was the municipality with the lowest budget with 339 million 92 thousand liras.
